Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date the product arrives. If more than 14 days have passed since you received the product, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all tags attached.
The following types of items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Perishable items, such as food, snacks, or fresh flowers.
Personal or sanitary products, opened cosmetics, and personal care items.
Custom or personalized goods.
To complete your return, we need you to provide the receipt or proof of purchase for items bought on our website. Please do not send purchased items back to the manufacturer.
Refund process
After we receive and inspect the items you've returned to Japan, we will send you an email or system message to notify you that we have received your return. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed. In strict compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, refunds will be automatically returned to your original payment account (e.g., WeChat Pay, Alipay, or credit card) within 5 to 7 business days.
Refund delay or omission
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account or e-wallet (Alipay/WeChat Pay) again. Refunds usually require a certain system processing time to arrive.

Special offer / Promotional items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, clearance items, or items purchased with specific coupons are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless the item has inherent quality issues or damage upon arrival).
Product exchange
We only offer exchanges for the same item if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you require an exchange, please email our customer service at zp332604503@gmail for further instructions.
Return shipping
To return your item, please be sure to contact our customer service team first. Authorized returns should be mailed to our international warehouse located in Japan at: 6F, Nippo Doshomachi Bldg., 3-3-10 Doshomachi, Chuo-ku, Osaka, Japan.
You will be responsible for all international return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties/taxes that may apply. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the value of the item you are returning exceeds 10,000 yen, you must use a trackable courier service (such as SF Express International, EMS, etc.) or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your returned item.
